Victor Costa 80s Does 50s Collared Dress Full Skirt Tea Length Blk & White 8

Beautiful Victor Costa dress in a "1980s does 1950s style".  There are large shoulder pads sewn in between the outer fabric & lining.  The sleeves are a batwing cut and the wide patent leather belt is detachable.  The skirt is a full circle skirt and the buttons on the front have an elegant faceted shape. Size is women's 8.  Shown on a size 8 mannequin for reference.  See pics for measurements. Dress is in great shape.  There is some shelf wear to the removeable belt.
