Gorgeous!!!! NWT and never worn. Classic ELLIATT quality and style from their resort / cocktail collection. Black base with large vintage style botanical floral print. Button-front blouse bodice with collar. Long sleeves with ruffle cuffs. Built in waist tie that can be tied on the side (my preference as pictured on dress form) or front / back. Smoke free home.
