Vintage Marimekko Finland sheath dress. High collar and detailed buttons adorn this beautifully tailored vintage gem. Vibrant green with darker green and turquoise. Shows some wear on back of elbows. A few fade spots and some lines on fabric which I believe is due to the nature of the fabric itself. Fabric is a cotton canvas lightweight. Please see pictures for details. Tag size 40/12.
