Waist laying flat? Would fit a 34C bust?

I added a couple of photos showing waist and chest measurements. Because it is a true wrap dress, the waist is adjustable to some extent. There is a snap closure on the chest, but that could be moved slightly. It depends on the person how the top would fit, so check the measurements to be sure.
