deahulett @captaindyer once you bought the first one, I don't find a way to avoid you getting a charge for shipping the second. do you see a way to cancel the first sale and then create a bundle of the two with a single offer of what you are willing to pay for both? that's the way to only get one shipping charge I think.

captaindyer I have reached out to customer service. This seems like an easy fix but who knows. Their reply says I should hear something in 2/3 days. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Can you hold off shipping my first item to see if they will help us fix this? I am really sorry to be such a bother. Thank you Amanda

captaindyer I do understand that you can't hold the additional item until this is resolved. That's not fair to you. This was entirely my fault. I'm recovering from surgery and Went on a bit of a buying spree yesterday. 🤦🏻‍♀️😅😂

captaindyer @deahulett It says it can only be canceled in the first three hours of original purchase. I should've tried that first. But I have reached out to customer service so hopefully they can give us a solution. Thanks for your help. ☺️

captaindyer In the 'frequently asked questions' area, it says that an order can be cancelled by the seller but not the buyer. If you get a chance, look there and if you can cancel w/refund, I can immediately bundle both items together at full price. It makes sense that it would work like that to protect the seller. Lemme know what you figure out when you have time. I won't be available from 11:30-about 2pm Eastern time but I will check back before and after. Thanks again!!!

captaindyer I received a message back from customer service. They say that it can only be done from your end and made it sound like it was a pretty simple process for the seller. I, of course, have no idea. If it is something that you can't figure out, can you reach out to customer service? Thanks Amanda

deahulett @captaindyer tried to cancel using two different reasons, buyer request and one related to bundle and shipping. both gave same error saying buyer has to initiate through their order messaging. can you look at your orders and find the one you bought then look for the option to cancel?
