Can you tell me the waist measurement relaxed and stretched please? Also does the under layer have stretch?

@kodismine Normal it’s 13 3/4” side to side. Stretched I got 38” side to side. I am 5’6” and weigh 169 and it fits me perfectly. In fact it’s flattering. I just don’t wear it enough to keep it hanging in my closet.

@michellefarm675 It’s elastic waist. I wear a LARGE/XL. It’s 13 3/4” but has lots of stretch. Length is too to bottom 38”
