nanaf663@wendy26808 hi Wendy, I measured from the shoulder to the waist and it’s between 14 and 16 inches the top of the elastic the rushing starts at 14” and so has 2 inches of rushing for the waistband so I would say from top to the bottom of the rushing at 16 inches if that makes sense
