NWT Banana Republic Factory pleated back “mullet” blouse

Classic white button up blouse with pleated back. Size small. Bright white. Short sleeves. Business in the front party in the back pleating with a slight high low hem (approximately 23in in length in front) makes this shirt stand out. New with tags and extra buttons attached with a few flaws. A few marks on the fabric on arm and side by pleats. Shown in pictures. Smoke and allergen free home.
