Good day! It seems that size 0 runs different in the 'skinny' styles compared to the others. Would you please confirm the following for me?
1. What is the waist measurement (flat)?
2. What is the hip measurement (flat)?
3. What is the inseam?
4. Given the color of this garment, are there any flaws, stains, and/or other imperfections not visible in the photos.

@abioye6451 The inseam is about 28”, waist is 13.5”, and hips are 17”. No other flaws or stains!
