@koksm Hello, I am guessing so but I measured the underarm which is approx 16 inches laying flat and waist can stretch to approximately 13.5 inches laying flat. Its cut on a bias so I tried to get accurate measurements. Measure against your favorite dress to confirm it would fit :)
