OOAK! Musick black crocodile bucket bag handmade by Meg Musick-Makely $600

Gorgeous handmade black genuine crocodile and leather (bottom) bucket bag/purse By the fabulous late great Chicago area designer Meg Musick-Makely She used only sustainably sourced skins Drawstring is a pretty braided leather with matte metal pieces on the end Gold-tone brass hardware Approx 7" wide (but can obviously be closed more) and approx 7" tall; depth is approx 5.5" Lined in the same black leather that is on the round bottom of the bag; there are no inner pockets Edges at top are "raw" as pictured Bag has extra holes for varying the length, but if I recall you need to use a screwdriver to do this (see pics of stud and rivet) My bag cost $600 approx 5-6 years ago Meg was a long time designer at the Chicago One of a Kind Show at the Merchandise Mart and had a store in Wilmette for a while; I met her at a lovely (now gone) boutique on Armitage Ave in Chicago called Fortunate Discoveries where she had a section . Asked her to design me a black crocodile bucket bag so this was a OOAK design made for me. Loved it and carried it 4-5 times but got some new bags I reach for much more often so decided to sell this. When researching Meg and looking at hwebsite, I was sad to find out she passed away last October.
