This is a muscle massage roller stick, sometimes called a massage stick, roller massager, or muscle roller. What it’s used for • Loosening tight muscles • Reducing soreness after workouts • Improving circulation • Targeting knots in legs, back, arms, and shoulders How it works You hold the handles on each end and roll the textured segments over your muscles.
