This is a vintage 1980s artisan-made modernist necklace. The necklace/choker is constructed with a series of alternating beads, including large, reflective sterling silver spheres and smaller hematite spheres. The focal point is an asymmetrical, crescent-shaped silver pendant with a textured, "reticulated" or hammered finish with a 14k gold accent piece.
