Dramatic 1960s-1970s vintage velvet hooded cape in harvest gold and black velvet with frog closure at neck. This cape has wide contrasting panels on the front and the interior is black velvet. This may be worn reversed though the frog closure will not show. High/low hem has a sweeping drape A very theatrical statement piece, and a bit of a unicorn. Handmade, one of a kind.
