Vietnam Era US Navy Utility Shirt OG-107 Cotton Poplin USN Stencil NXSX Contract

Vintage U.S. Navy utility/work shirt dating to the Vietnam era (circa late 1960s–early 1970s). Lightweight cotton poplin in classic OG-107 utility green. Chest pocket is stenciled USN and interior is marked CONT NXSX-80045, a Navy procurement contract number used during the Vietnam period. From the estate of a U.S. Navy physician. This shirt appears unissued / unworn, with crisp fabric and no visible wear, though there are a few minor storage marks from long-term storage, see last pic may remove with a wash. Classic military workwear styling with two chest pockets, curved hem, and lightweight breathable cotton suitable for warm climates.
