19 Cooper green sheer tunic floral v-neck 3/4 tab sleeves fairy girl coquette M

This is a very pretty green, soft jade pastel color floral tunic. It is sheer and has 3/4 length sleeves with tabs to wear sleeves up or down. This is preloved in GUC with a few snags that are not noticeable with the pattern, see photo close ups. The care tag recommends dry clean only but I've handwashed and air dried this with no problem.
