ik18 @beatrizariasm Thank you! A couple of additional questions: what is the ring on the top zipper? Is it missing the leather zipper pull the bag comes with? Do all zippers move freely? And as far as the color goes, you listed it as pink. Is it the color on the left that the lady is wearing on her back in the photo from the video about the bag? It's described as "almond" in the video, but it looks like it has a slightly blush pink tinge. Thank you again!

beatrizariasm @ik18 Hello I am back with more details. The ring is extra, it doesn't belong to the backpack and it is no missing the zipper pull. All the zippers work perfect. As far the color..it is the one that the lady is wearing Almond color however for me it looks like a blush pink and the straps are gray/purple color. The only thing I found was, the front pocket (inside) is dirty, like eyeshadow powder ( easy clean) and that is all.
