Purchasing clothing and other recycled fabric items is beneficial to our planet in that it minimizes the amount of discarded materials sent to our landfills and reduces the need for production using new or raw materials. All thrifted fabric is washed first thing upon bringing it to my home. All pillow covers have been washed and dried again after applying patches. However, some amount of fraying of patches may still occur after laundering which adds to the distressed look. All items are made in my nonsmoking, pet-free home.
