GAP Tie-Front Tiered Maxi Dress, NWT

This adorable maxi dress features a straight silhouette and hits above the ankle. Made of a smooth cotton-rayon weave with adjustable spaghetti straps, smocking at back and shirring at the waist and skirt tier.
