Pyrex 503-C clear glass replacement lid for the 503-B 1.5 quart refrigerator dish. This is the version which has ribbing all over the top (not the version with separated ribbed panels). Approximately 8.5 by 7 inches. Vintage item, one small rough/nick on a rib underside appearing as a "sparkle" - see photos. Otherwise, no chips, no cracks, normal use/wear.
