Chico's Black stretch pants, size 4, nwt

Smoke-free home. Elastic waist. Regular fit. These are stretchy pants. No lining. Almost fit like tights but are thick like pants. They are not thin like tights. I'm a size 6 & bought these to FIT snug. A size 0 in chicos is a small or 4 but I'm a 6 and I wanted these to fit tight to wear a top over them. The material is thinly ribbed. You can't see the ribs unless you look closely. No buttons,no pockets
