This is the perfect prom dress for a whimsigoth evening! It would also be great for other events, such as homecomings or galas. I would describe it as a slight empire waistline spaghetti strap dress. The black stars are glittery. The black overlay on the blue gives the dress such a moody, but enchanting look to it! I personally love this dress, but would love for it to go to someone who can use it this year. This dress is pre-loved. It's in great condition for its age though! It zips up AND has a small corset/lace-up back. THIS IS SLIGHTLY VINTAGE SIZING. I can always do some measurements if you need them! There is no guarantee it would fit a current size 8.
