OshKosh hooded striped reversible jacket. Soft windbreaker material on outside and soft solid blue inside. Zip up with pockets.
The tag is no longer on the inside. I am not sure, but I think it is a 10 or a boys Large. My Grandson wears a 14/16 now and this is just a little snug.
I did put measurements in photos. It is in gods pre owned condition no tears, rips or stains. He only wore it a few times.
