Vintage HAR signed gold tone floral spray statement brooch, with rhinestone cluster. Circa 1950s-60s, based on brand, construction, and details.  Materials:  Metal: Unknown base metal with gold tone plating Stones: Rhinestones Measurements (approximate): 3-1/6"H x 1-3/4"W Brooch is in good, vintage condition. Gold tone finish is bright and has light, age appropriate wear. All stones present in rhinestone cluster; some stones rotate in their settings but are secure. Clasp and hinge function properly.
