WHBM Pleated White Midi Skirt with Black MP

Part of a Parisian style collection. Worn once and got endless compliments. Hand washed, air dried. I have this in leopard print nwt in another listing. Corresponding to about a size 8-10. I'm 5'4" and this length was more proportionate than the regular length.
