This artistic dress is made is a textured cotton in a bright yellow green. It’s machine wash, too!! The brand is called Dress to Kill and it’s their long sleeve Criss Cross Glamour style. The tag says one size fits all. It’s shown on me at 5’9” and a size 18/20. I’m thinking it would fit most people. It has never been worn.
