New with replacement box. Possibly tried on but not worn. There are 4 staple holes on the bottoms of each shoe. ROMIKA shoes are sized according to the European size standard. To help determine the proper fit, see the chart for reference in the pictures. I listed this as a 6.5 US. But the brands website say an EU 37 is equal to a US 6 to 6.5.
