Can you give the actual waist measurement on the garment itself?

I understand the size chart info, but since you said it runs large I was wondering if the actual garment was different because based on SSYS sizing, 14 inches isn’t large for a size M. Thanks for any additional info you can give as I determine if this will work for me.

@emchyoung My apologies for the misunderstanding. The note regarding the size “runs large” is my opinion; the fabric is very flouncy. If you typically normally dance between M & L you might want to go M.
