Satin-texture waist ribbon and rosettes on the front, with angled pleats and crossed V-neck. Zipper up the back with decorative tie. Fully lined in white fabric with ruffled underskirt. No stretch to the fabric, but ran a little large for my child in width and fit more like 7-8. Measurement laid flat across the chest pit-to-pit and at the waist is 12 inches. VGUC; slight wash wear and a few spots with minor fuzzing/pulls on the embroidered threads (see close photos). Very cute as a flower girl dress or wedding attire, Easter, or summer parties and special occasions.
