Nice little golf kit in pretty good condition. There are markings on the leather on the book. The book has never been used. The pencil is brass and if you want, you can clean it or keep the patına. The greeens tool is from Blue Bell Country Club. It's never been used but the leather slipper has some markings. Oreo is an excellent German manufacturer that makes great ones and mechanical pencils. This come with a ton of refills for the pencil. Nice kit to have in your bag. You can use the journal and also keep the course's score cards stored in it for memories
