Vintage Clear Glass Candle Holder or trinket box

~3 inches across-lid Vintage. One of the boopies is scratched. There is also an orangish, rust-colored substance on the inside of the lid. There is a crack in the glass in the base of the trinket box. Bottom of the box-glass is hazy/cloudy. All flaws are Pictured. Part of the inside lip of the rim of the lid is missing. Pictured.
