Vintage solid brass Englishman Bell (no clapper)

This is a vintage brass bell with an Englishman on top. PLEASE NOTE: It does not have a clapper in the bell, so it's a pretty decor piece, but does not function as a bell. H: 6 1/2 inches. About 3 inches in diameter. It's got a heavy weight to it. This is unpolished with patina. Please see all pics as they are part of the description. Nice Father’s Day gift!
