I hate to keep bothering you, but could you please list the garment measurements for the hips and waist? I have a size XL in these pants that are slightly too loose and want to make sure the L isn’t too small. Thanks!

Waist is just shy of 16.5"
Hips are 21.5" (measured 11" down from the waist)
