Happy to! Shoulders are 16.5β from seam to seam, 20β including the sleeves. Bust is 19β. Both are lay flat measurements. Hope that helps!

Aww bummer!! It really is such a beautiful piece. If it helps β my shoulders are 40β around and upper arm circumference is 11.5β and I have lots of room. Just for a point of reference for you!
