Why is it that I cannot get any sellers support from Poshmark🤬

I have sent numerous emails stating that this buyer was a scam and yet Poshmark said they could return it. Guess what, it was returned without my ring! The buyer sent an empty jewelry box to me. When I alerted Poshmark immediately, warning them not to release the payment, they sent me an email saying the refund was released. This buyer stole my ring and I cannot get any Poshmark support to answer me.

theelement The buyer accused that this beautiful 18k etched gold band (2gram) see my closet, I knew something was fishy, and I immediately warned Poshmark. I do not sell fake gold.items. This ring was texted yet, Poshmark approved return case. I was fine with my ring being returned, but guess what, this buyer sent an empty ring box back to me. I’ve done all I can to alert and communicate to Poshmark support to no avail!!!! has this ever happened to anyone?

theelement FYI, this buyer under the same profile picture which I’m sure it’s a fake and with a different name is on Poshmark. He is bold enough to offer me on another offer to another ring from my closet did!🤬

We are unable to communicate with users about another user's sales or purchases. If the seller requires assistance with their sale, they are welcome to reach out to support. If you require assistance with one of your sales or purchases, please provide the order number.
