Gold toned overlay (vermeil) over sterling silver. Three faceted stones in progressively smaller cuts as it gets to to the top. Faceted. Marked as sterling on the bail but the entirety of the silver sections are also sterling. Tested positive for sterling via chemical testing. I have lots of other jewelry in my shop.
