I am a true 8 but I tend to wear 8.5 because I like some space. I also have standard calves but am only 5'3. How do these fit on you? What size do you normally wear?

@spederse Hi, so it's really tough to give advice on fit of cowboy boots because some like a snug fit, while others like room. Fenoglio as a general guideline recommends ladies choose a 1/2 size down from their regular cowboy boot size. In my case that's a 9, so I got the 8.5 and that advice worked for me. I hope that helps a little! I also take converse in a 9.
