Forever 21 black lined tulle lace mini skirt whimsigoth edgy fairy witchy S/P

This is a really beautiful mini skirt in EUC. The skirt is pinned to fit mannequin. It is a lined skirt that is tulle but then has approximately 6 inches of lace at the bottom. The measurements are in the photos. This has a zipper back and is made of polyester. It would be cute with flats, combat boots or pumps. Top is not for sale.
