rewing88 @mattdavisdenim Wow! Ok that video is awesome! I never knew any of the history. I always LOVED 701s bc to me, they epitomize that classic/vintage-yet-timeless look & I’m obsessed. Funny I always sorta associated Marilyn with Levi’s, but if you’d asked me why, I prob couldn’t tell you. It was subconscious I guess. But I never knew she was among the 1st to wear ‘em loud & proud or about her crucial role in normalizing women in jeans & forcing the gen pub to just shut up & deal with it. 🤫😎

NO ONE is EVER going to argue that women shouldn’t wear jeans when they look like THAT in ‘em! 🤣🤣🤣 Levi’s must’ve been so proud lol Thanks for sharing this. That was fun.
