What is the measurement from underarm to underarm? Also from shoulder to bottom of neckline?

Armpit to armpit is approximately 19”. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 15.5”.
Back neck to hem is 26”.
Not certain what you mean shoulder to bottom of neckline. Please explain and I’ll measure for you. Thanks!
