60s Hand Beaded Cardigan Floral Vintage Cream Embellished Coquette Classic Twee DETAILS •Soft sweater knit fabric - possibly wool but also could be angora (very soft!) •Cream / ivory shade (yellowish buttery tint to it) •Likely hand beaded (most of the beaded sweaters of this time were hand sewed by fine experts in Hong Kong) •Floral bead design - White and clear seed beads, small pearls, aurora sequins •Hook eye front closure •Shorter / slightly crop length, crew neck, 3/4 length sleeves CONDITION Very little wear shows - rare for pieces of it's age. Beadwork in excellent condition. Staining on inside lining (to me that's like patina on jewelry and adds to the aged feel of the top). There are a couple yellowish spots on the front, possibly from improper storage. They're light, but noticeable if you know they are there. Possible that a cleaner could get out.
