I just copied this from Wrangler site…
But YES it does have stretch. They are absolutely adorable on… I thought when I ordered them they were 26/30… which would have been perfect just a tad long on my short frame but with boots would’ve worked … but they are 26/32 and way too long for my 5.4 frame.
