NWT KIMCHI BLUE AVA FLUTTER SLEEVE WHITE TOP XL (RUNS SMALL)

Brand new with tag attached, from UO, Kimchi Blue Ava Flutter Sleeve White top in size XL. Please note it does run small and I’ve tried to take as accurate as possible measurements. I do show it in one picture on a skirt I have listed from The Gap, but this listing is for the top only. The prettiest Blouse from Kimchi Blue crafted from lightweight cotton complete with an elegant lace-trimmed neckline, ruffed armholes, a tied ribbon detailing at the waist and a cropped hem. Made from 100% fine cotton, nylon trim and side zip closure. The top measures approximately 18” underarm to underarm and shoulder to hem is about 19”. In my opinion it seems more like a size medium than an XL but I’m not responsible for size. Any questions, please ask, thanks!
