Vintage Bill Blass Dress with Statement Ruched Sleeves

I have no words for this dress. The Ruched Sleeves are so dramatic, but that's not enough! The back has this jeweled buttons from top to bottom of the dress and when you opened them, the inside of the dress, the lining has a zipper, which allows you to wear it backwards as well. I am a size 6-8 at this point. This dress says medium but it is a vintage Bill Blass, most likely 80s. It has built in shoulder pads too. No stretch, no pockets.
