I personally LOVE a skirt like this with a tall boot - but just as cute with a sandal in warmer temps. 29 inches in length. the waistband is 13 inches, flat, unstretched. It stretches to a max of 19 inches, flat, to get on and off! 100% polyester, exclusive of the elastic part. In excellent condition but there is one VERY VERY small little thread that might have caught on something?
