142-Year-Old Victorian Leather Photo Album

What a piece of history to own. Padded Leather with silver hardware. The spine of the book has no leather; you can see how this beauty is constructed. The patent date is June 10th, 1884, stamped on the hardware. It's truly amazing to me that this traveled in a horse drawn wagon at some point! There are no pictures in the album, but you could add your own, or simply use as decor. Holds 42 pictures. pages are thick cardboard. Latch works and keeps closed; it is sliding out of the book that used to be nailed. I would say more than fair condition, considering age, no musty smells. 10 1/2" X 8 1/2" X 2" Thick
