Has seamed waist in front and smocked waist in back. Color navy lace with black lining and trim. All material is slightly stretchy. Short sleeves. Has pockets. Side zip. Size 12. bust 18 inches length 40 inches hip 23 inches waist 14 inches. Waist can expand another 3 inches with the smocked waist. Scoop neck. Smoke free pet friendly home. One area of lace has a rip but isn’t hardly noticeable and can be repaired. Shown in pics. Otherwise good condition. No stains. With regret, I have to say that I am not going to sell to anybody who has a PO Box address. My previous experience dealing with POBox addressees left me no choice.
