Silk Kimono from Japan in a Beautiful Blue and Pink Floral Pattern (including stemmed Cherry Blossoms) over Black. This piece is vintage, but not antique and traditional (typically very long, with dramatic flowing sleeves) like most kimonos I’ve sold in my closet on Poshmark. It is a bit longer than Haori length and was created for the export market as omiyage (souvenir) for tourists to bring home in the 1980’s, when I was very young and first ventured to Japan. It has pockets and a matching sash, made from the same silk fabric as the robe. This hits above the knee on most. Lined in a striking, brilliant red polyester. It is OSFM, and measures 24” across the back, underarm to underarm and is approx. 36” long. Excellent Used Condition!
