Light Sage Dress with Tie Around Waist

Light sage wrap dress with a flattering V-neck and self-tie waist. Soft, flowing fabric and short flutter sleeves create a feminine silhouette. After wearing once I noticed there were a couple places where the ruffle tore at the bottom. I sewed them and you can see the white thread if you look closely.
