They state size 42, but definitely run a bit small. I’m generally a 10.5 US Woman’s shoe and they didn’t fit me comfortably.
No box, my mom bought them for me from consignment, they are in perfect condition and seem to be never worn from the condition of the soles.

Hi @genevaemmacvi ! To my knowledge yes they are! My mom got them for me from a local consignment shop as authentic Gucci, and they are beautifully made. With that said I am definitely not knowledgeable in that department, and they did not come with box or dust bags. If I can take any additional photos for you I’d be happy to!
